Face foot slapped by the Mistress
A slave is expected to be fast and efficient in his task to service his Mistress and not to waste time admiring her and worshipping then when its time to work, here the slave is helping his Mistress put on her shoes but gets slapped in the face by her foot soles for taking a longer time she would have tolerated.
